Give Orange is right around the corner, and the Foundation needs our help to make this Give Orange the most successful one yet! The Foundation is looking for Digital Ambassadors who can utilize their network to spread the word and raise money for their Orange Passions. Center for the Humanities appoints first director

Dr. Jennifer Borland has been named the first director of the Center for the Humanities.  The center was created to increase the visibility of humanities research on campus and foster the production of new interdisciplinary projects.

Faculty Spotlight: Juwon Hwang, School of Media and Strategic Communications

Dr. Juwon Hwang is an assistant professor in the School of Media and Strategic Communications at OSU.

 

Dr. Hwang is committed to examining factors that improve or impair mental health during crises and to developing messages that public health organizations can adopt to persuade individuals to better respond to pandemics.
