CAS faculty and staff,

We are so proud of the recently announced collaboration between CAS Outreach, the Boone Pickens School of Geology and the National Groundwater Association. Together, we are addressing a projected shortfall of geoscience workers and thereby improving access to groundwater, which is essential for people around the world. It’s a great example of how we are fulfilling the land-grant mission by tackling a modern problem in society. You can watch this video or visit our webpage to learn more about the program. And feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or know anyone who might be interested in enrolling in the first course, Drilling Basics Online.

Go Pokes!

Assistant Director of CAS Outreach
