Alumni Email

Yes! Go to okey.okstate.edu, login, and select "Email Destination" to forward your @okstate.edu email address to Alumni Email. Before you forward your okstate.edu account to your new Alumni Email account, make sure you save and/or print any emails you need. Once you set up the forwarding process, your okstate.edu mailbox will be DELETED as well as any messages stored within.

Yes! Configuring your Alumni Email account in an external mail client (Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc.) is easy and can be achieved using POP or IMAP access. After logging in to Alumni Email, click the cog wheel button in the top right-hand corner and then "Mail settings." After the settings page appears, select the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab. Enable the option you'd like to use (IMAP is recommended) and follow the configuration instructions linked in that section. Remember to use your full email address as your username.

Yes! Alumni Email powered by Google can be setup on your iPhone or Android phone. Cell phone access can be done via your mobile browser by visiting orangeconnection.org/mail or by enabling IMAP on your account and setting up Alumni Email as an email account on your phone. Your email is easy to access through the Gmail app, simply log in with the full @okstatealumni.org email and enter your password for access.

Alumni Email is an email for life product offered to current members of the OSU Alumni Association. Alumni Email is powered by Google and offers each user a customizable @okstatealumni.org and @orangeconnection.org email address showcasing their alumni status at Oklahoma State University.

After you fill out the Alumni Email sign-up form, you will receive a login and temporary password within one business day. Visit orangeconnection.org/mail to login to your new Alumni Email account.

Google and its web-based email program Gmail are the engines that power Alumni Email. Each account provides users with over six gigabytes of storage, fast Google searches, and powerful spam protection. In addition, users also have access to Google Calendars to store all of their important dates and events on.
