Habitat for Humanity "Blitz Day" - 10/13/2007 - Hits: 162
This year's befactory for Philanthropy 2007 is Habitat for Humanity. On "Blitz Day," students helped remove reusable materials from the Scholars Inn Apartment complex to be used in new Habitat homes.
      
Football Frenzy - 10/12/2007 - Hits: 198
This annual tradition starts Homecoming week off with kick! Frenzy finals are played the Sunday after the Homecoming game at Boone Pickens Stadium. Frenzy consists of two seperate divisions - one for Greek life and one for intramural flag-football teams.
      
Homecoming and Hoops - 10/20/2007 - Hits: 261
The Homecoming Spirit Rally was combined with the Basketball Bash to create a new tradition this year - Homecoming and Hoops.
      
Harvest Carnival & Chili Cook-Off - 10/16/2007 - Hits: 288
Homecoming at Oklahoma A&M first began with the Harvest Carnival in 1913. Today, the event is run by student organizations and is a great event for the whole family! The Chili Cook-Off is Homecoming's tastiest tradition and pits Residential Life, student and community organizations against one another to find Stillwater's tastiest chili!
      
Sea of Orange Parade - 10/20/2007 - Hits: 325
The Sea of Orange Homecoming Parade on Saturday, Oct. 20, put every OSU fan in An Orange STATE Of Mind with floats, bands and VIPs.
      
Deck the House Competition - 10/9/2007 - Hits: 390
This competition between different student groups was sponsored by local businesses to raise money for Habitat for Humanity. Each group had to make an OSU-themed gingerbread house.
      
Walkaround - 10/19/2007 - Hits: 776
America's Greatest Homecoming Celebration is centered around Walkaround! Thousands turn out to view the house decorations assembled over several months by OSU sororities and fraternities.
